This Is What I Did For Me On My Birthday!

Well, you only turn 57 once and so I had to do something special for myself. Rolling down to Effingham, IL. all by my lonesome, I got to see the band "KANSAS". Wow, what a concert! I got a great seat in a little brand new theater called "The Rosebud". Third row, center stage, second seat. I was so close I could have touched them!
Their music, without a doubt was outstanding, and I loved it.
I also got to meet a true old time hippie, that helped to make the concert even more fun!

On my way back, I stopped at an old friend's house, Denise's. She treated me with all the love and warmth that a friend of 30 years would have!!!! Love that girl!
